Our House Culture
Community Guidelines
The standards, values and conduct that keep RTWB a safe, warm and honest home for every woman who joins us.
The Standard
How we treat each other here
These aren't rules for rules' sake — they protect the trust that makes honest conversation possible.
Our Values
RTWB is built on warmth, honesty and growth. We believe love deserves intention, conversations deserve safety, and every woman deserves a space where she is truly seen. We lead with kindness, we listen before we speak, and we celebrate each other's growth without comparison.
How We Show Up
Speak with love and honesty. No shaming, no judging another woman's relationship choices, and no unsolicited advice. What works for one relationship may not work for another — we share experiences, we don't prescribe perfection. Disagreements are welcome; disrespect is not.
Privacy & Confidentiality
What is shared in our community stays in our community. Never share screenshots, names or personal details of other members outside RTWB — in person or online. Members' contact information is private and is never displayed without their explicit consent.
Respectful Communication
No harassment, hate speech, bullying or discrimination of any kind. No sales pitches, marketing or fundraising without approval from the RTWB team. Keep language warm and appropriate for a multi-generational community of women.
Safety & Reporting
If something or someone makes you uncomfortable, tell us — through the Support Portal, a private message to the team, or your location representative. Reports are handled with care and confidentiality. The team may remove content or suspend membership when these guidelines are repeatedly violated, to keep the community safe for everyone.
One Last Thing
Every woman is welcome exactly as she is
Come as you are — married, single, healing or hoping. These guidelines simply protect the warmth that makes this community feel like home.
